scanned copy or a digital file. You may upload these to our site or email to us.
Your
original photos are not harmed or altered in any way. We offer prints and /or

A. Please note that we cannot handle copyrighted photographs without the written permission of the copyright holder.
Q. How large of a print can you make?
A.
Based on the quality and
size of your JPG, your file can be made into a larger file of improved
resolution. We use the high-resolution file to print your photo; it is also
available on CD. Your file can be printed at different sizes: 2 x 3", 4 x 6", 5
x 7", 8 x 10 or 11x 14.
Please be aware that photos can only be enlarged so much without loss of quality
in the image. The size and sharpness of the original are the determining
factors. If you're not sure about your photo, we'd be happy to suggest a size.
Q.. What do I submit?
A. To order a JPG print, please send the file to us with your name, address, and Paypal information (see our Order page for specifics). Include any cropping instructions, if you don't want the entire photo printed. If your photograph is an odd size, and you don’t want any cropping, your print will have a border. We only print on standard size paper.
Q. What type of prints will I receive?
A. Since our work is done in a digital format on computer, rather than in a traditional darkroom with processing chemicals, we print out pictures on special eight-color digital photo printers. The papers we use are high-quality photo papers. Choose glossy, satin or matte photo paper.
Q. What is the order of payment?
A. When you order is received we will verify your order information and will send you an invoice. Finished work will be sent to you after payment is received. We accept Paypal as a payment method.
Q. May I have a consultation beforehand? How much does it cost?
A. Yes, this is a free service. Simply send us your image (via email or using our upload form). We will evaluate the photo and advise you the best treatment according to the quality and size of the photo. We will make an estimate of the needed amount of work and will set the price.
Q. How long does it take to have my order completed?
A. We start work immediately after your order is received. Usually our work takes 3-10 days. If your order is very complex and we may need more time and we'll notify you.
Q. Can you sharpen a blurry picture?
A. There is some sharpening that can be accomplished but an out of focus photo can only receive minimal sharpening before it loses integrity.
Q. What instructions should I send with my photo?
A. Please be as detailed as possible as to what you want done with the photo as well as any size requirements. The more information we receive from you initially, the sooner we can deliver your finished order.
Q How much will it cost? And how do I pay?
A. Please visit our Prices and Ordering Page for all that information.
